Dear Clare,
I cannot thank you enough for everything
you and your Waismann Method have done
for my wife, L., as well as for our family.
L.'s truly successful rehabilitation would
never have been possible without the care,
guidance, counselling, friendship and comfort
she was afforded while at Domus.
None of this was easy for her, but I sincerrely
doubt she would have had the courage to
undergo treatment without the respect for
you and the concern shown to her by your
staff. It is rare for all things to live
up to her standards and comfort level,
even on vacation, let alone during times
as difficult as those must have been for
her to go through. You have provided the
proper routine, space and ambience to allow
her to relax and work what I consider a
miracle.
Even the three days of hospital stay,
which must have been essential since she
has no recollection what so ever of being
there, was handled with the utmost professionalism,
and went a very long way towards instilling
a level of confidence in both of us, which
was paramount to the long term success
at that early stage of the process.
You really do provide an essential service,
and I hope that you are proud of the very
positive difference you are able to make
in people's lives.
